10 digestive biscuits crushed
100g desiccated coconut
100g glace cherries quartered
70g mini marshmallows
200g condensed milk
- Mix the crushed biscuit, glace cherries and coconut in a large bowl.
- Melt the butter over a medium heat in a saucepan along with the condensed milk.
- Stir into the biscuit mixture.
- Then add the marshmallows. Mix well and press into paper cases.
- Leave until stone cold.
