10 digestive biscuits crushed

100g desiccated coconut

100g glace cherries quartered

70g mini marshmallows

200g condensed milk

100g butter


  • Mix the crushed biscuit, glace cherries and coconut in a large bowl.
  • Melt the butter over a medium heat in a saucepan along with the condensed milk.
  • Stir into the biscuit mixture.
  • Then add the marshmallows.  Mix well and press into paper cases.
  • Leave until stone cold.
